Walcor Properties is a Toronto-based housing developer specializing in high quality residential builds. They were looking for a fairly simple rebrand and emphasized the importance of having professional templates they could use for invoicing, quotations and project updates. I worked with them to redeisgn their logo, develop brand guidelines and create attractive Office 360 templates to be used by their administrative staff.
